Its colour: bright ruby.
Its odour: intensive, fruity.
Its taste: warm, intensive, harmonious, with a full and persisting after
taste.
Overall alcoholic strength: 12.5% Vol.
Recommended serving temperature: 180-200
C.
Serving suggestions: any red and white meat and medium to well- matured
cheese.
