Giuseppe Pasqualetti is the proprietor of "Pasqualetti Viticoltori", an estate situated right in the centre of the area which produces the Chianti Pisa Hill, Red of Toscana and other interesting wines
His family has been committed to husbandry, for many generations and to viticulture above all.
The present owner aims at achieving top-quality grapes using organic cultivation methods the main product of the estate is the Vino Chianti.
Drastic pruning leaves just a few buds on the vine shoots, and careful timing of the harvest endows the wine with the characteristic local features: a superb structure which acquires particular prestige and complexity after bottle-fining.
